Transit Orientated Mixed-Use Project. consisting of multi-story apartments in ten buildings and several construction types (Type IA, IIIA, VA) organized like a small village with residences and amenities surrounding small courtyards and plazas on a 7.7 acres site. The 476 apartment residences are wrapped around a multi-story parking garage topped by a pool, sundeck, clubhouse & fitness center. Buildings at grade are four stories (levels 1-4) of residential. Residential on garage podium deck continues with residences on levels 5 and 6.
