New 10,000 sf concrete masonry unit building that will serve as a laboratory for research and clinical work for equine animals on treadmills. Type III – CMU walls / Structural Steel / Wood. The building includes a shop, small animal holding area, and laboratory spaces with fume hood, office and conference room. Over 6,000 sf is dedicated to animal and analytical laboratories, offices, instrumentation rooms, horse preparation areas, and two rooms each housing a Swiss Mustang 2200 motorized equine treadmill.
