The Sutter is a five-story, twenty-eight unit condominium project located a few blocks west of Van Ness in San Francisco. The project is constructed using panelized framing over a post-tensioned concrete parking structure. The project consists of two primary muli-unit structures connected by a covered walkway. Parking is provided through the use of the Klaus parking lifts.
