Located two blocks from the southern border of UC Berkeley, this 71,000 gsf Student Housing Community consists of a one level on grade Type I concrete parking structure (53 stalls) with four levels of Type V wood framed student housing built on the podium. Forty-Five student housing units are arranged in a matrix of thirty-six four bedroom suites, three 3 bedroom units, and three 1 bedroom units. All units have a kitchenette style kitchen with a small refrigerator and dishwasher. Project includes common kitchens with stainless steel appliances, game rooms, study lounges, TV lounges and roof decks with built -in barbeques and view of San Francisco.
