The Arundel consists of 34 condominium units located on the west slope of Russian Hill. The building is located on the site of an old auto repair shop in the middle of block. As a result and considering the limitations for access, the project required careful planning and scheduling The project is an eight story post tensioned concrete structure and is clad with a metal stud, EIFS exterior finish. The project is targeted at the luxury market and the finishes are consistent with the developer's intentions.
