Lombardia is a condominium project constructed on an acre of land in the heart of Russian Hill. The project consists of several elements. The first element includes 10 townhouse units constructed over a two-level post-tensioned concrete parking structure. Each unit is served by an elevator. The second element, the balance of the project is split into two high-density groups of 32 flats. The project features lofty ceilings, wrap-around walls of square- divided windows, chef kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and private terraces and gardens. Urban elegance at its best, designed to meet the luxury market and successfully achieved its marketing objective.
