Located on the eastern slope of Russian Hill and constructed on one of the more difficult sites in San Francisco, 900 Green Street presented a number of extreme access and engineering challenges. Terraced into the hillside, a complicated system of soil nailing provided a backform for retaining walls that ascended the hillside to provide support for this Type V wood frame 11 unit condominium project. Unique features included large terraces and panoramic views.
