Renovation of 25,000 sf manufacturing plant including installation of a 25,000 sf metal building and one-acre site development. Design/build project included the removal of existing structure down to primary structure and redesign to provide warehousing, technically sophisticated service bays, loading docks, and custom retail space for a sixth-generation spring manufacturing plant.
