Eleven home subdivision featuring two-story single family homes designed to provide affordable for-sale housing. The homes are designed in Mediterranean and Craftsman style architecture. Funded by a not for profit housing group and the City of Oakland, the project included local business participation and prevailing wages. The project was completed early and makes a handsome contribution to the community,
