Epic is a multi-family apartment project on approximately ten acres. The initial project consists of 569 apartments in 2 phases - Epic I & II. Each phase consists of 2 buildings - 4 stories Type V built on its own 222,000 sf Type I concrete podium. Best-in-class amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, cyber cafe, video gaming room, billiards room, landscaped courtyards, pet parlor and park, pool, and BBQ decks. Two wellness centers, a lounge, and a theater round out the amenities. Project included major off-site sanitary sewer upgrades.
